UX Designer
What You’ll Be Doing:
We’re seeking a talented, passionate UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in crafting exceptional user experiences for our platform, leveraging your deep knowledge of UX design principles to deliver seamless digital solutions and lead impactful UX/UI projects.
This position will partner closely with various Customer Success, Product Management, and Engineering team members to develop a cohesive user experience across the platform. You have excellent communication skills for audiences at different levels/roles, and you bring a consultative approach to build and maintain collaborative relationships and lead stakeholders through the UX design process. You are comfortable being flexible and iterative under ambiguity, you take feedback well, and you can make progress amidst competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using Figma to design and prototype user interfaces.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with the UX Design Lead and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Partner with product team leads to ensure on-time delivery of features to meet roadmap commitments.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing results.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and UI components.
Personal Attributes:
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects and proficiency in Figma.
- Solid understanding of UX design principles and methodologies.
- Passion for problem solving, process improvement as well as personal development
- Able to work with deadlines and learn quickly in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Education, Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience working with UX design principles
- Portfolio of work demonstrating process and skills
